Who Can Join

Children aged 4–10 are welcome. No prior experience needed. Parents can observe or join trial classes to support new students.

Class Schedule

What to Bring
  • Yoga Mat: While we provide mats at the studio, you are welcome to bring your own for added comfort.

  • Comfortable Clothing: Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of motion.

  • Water Bottle: Stay hydrated before, during, and after the class.

  • Towel: A small towel can be useful for wiping away sweat during more intense sessions.
