Kids Yoga introduces young learners to the world of mindfulness, movement, and fun. Through age-appropriate poses, breathing techniques, and games, our classes encourage physical activity, creativity, and emotional balance in a playful setting.

Who Can Join
Children aged 4–10 are welcome. No prior experience needed. Parents can observe or join trial classes to support new students.
Class Schedule
Weekly classes are scheduled after school hours and on weekends. Please check our schedule for the latest timings.
What to Bring
Yoga Mat: While we provide mats at the studio, you are welcome to bring your own for added comfort.
Comfortable Clothing: Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of motion.
Water Bottle: Stay hydrated before, during, and after the class.
Towel: A small towel can be useful for wiping away sweat during more intense sessions.
