Expecting mothers at any stage of pregnancy (with doctor’s approval). All movements are tailored for safety and comfort.

What to Bring
Yoga Mat: While we provide mats at the studio, you are welcome to bring your own for added comfort.
Maternity-Friendly Clothing: Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of motion.
Water Bottle: Stay hydrated before, during, and after the class.
Towel: A small towel can be useful for wiping away sweat during more intense sessions.
